Jennifer Wagner is President and CEO of Masco Packaging & Industrial Supply. She has been with the company since their inception in 1997. Her goal at Masco Packaging & Industrial Supply is to provide quality products and services and a commitment to exceed our customer’s expectations.

She is a proud mom to three amazing daughters Madeline, Cressa and Sarah. She is an exercise enthusiast and enjoys running, yoga and her Peloton bike. She loves spending time with her family and watching her kids, nieces and nephews at their sporting events.

Jeff Dillman
General Manager

Born and raised in Decatur, Illinois. Jeff came to Masco Packaging with over 20 years in State and Federal Government. He takes satisfaction in helping his staff and customers. He is very active in the local community serving on various boards and helping locally owned businesses. He is a proud member of the Springfield Elks Lodge, Eagles Lodge, and the TRN Club. Jeff recently served as the Chairman of the Ambassadors for the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce and was the Ambassador of the year in 2018 and 2019.  He currently serves as the Past Board President for Local First Springfield, Board member of the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce, Board member for Family Service Center, Board member and Fundraising Chairman for the Salvation Army, and as the Ambassador Chairman for the Chatham IL Chamber of Commerce.

Jeff is married to his wife Mary Beth and he enjoys relaxing in their outdoor oasis, cooking, hunting, fishing, and spending time with their boxer Otto.

Senior Business Development Specialist

Born and raised in Springfield, Cress is a graduate of Springfield High School where he earned an athletic scholarship to play soccer at SIUE. Upon graduation he began working as Salesman at MASCO. Cress is a strong community member; he is an active Board member at the YMCA as well as an Ambassador at the Hope Institute. Father of 2 kids, he often spends his time as a volunteer coach. As an avid outdoorsman he spends the cooler seasons perfecting his hunt of various wild game. With over 10 years of sales experience Cress takes great pride in listening to his customers needs to make sure they are taken care of quickly.

Andy Lunt
Business Development Specialist

Mr. Lunt has been a resident of Rochester, IL since 1970 where the Lunt family owned at operated the Rochester IGA. In 1982, Andy purchased and assumed operations in Rochester and expanded adding food stores in Athens, Williamsville, and Kincaid. He also opened the Rochester Phillips 66 and the Ice Cream Connection in the following years. Andy operated the businesses until there sale in 2012. In 2012, Mr. Lunt took a position with Chronister Oil Company. He served in several positions including Director of Marketing and Operations over the 12 central Illinois locations until August of 2019. Mr. Lunt has been and continues to be active in the community thru fund-raising, coaching and church activities. Andy has been married to his wife, Jane for 33 years. They have 3 children (Anne, Wil, and Wes) and 3 grandchildren.

Jim Allred
Business Development Specialist

Jim was raised in Shelbyville, Illinois and attended college in Idaho and Utah. He spent five years in the Seattle area working for Boeing Commercial Airplane Group before moving back to Illinois to continue the family business.

Jim worked alongside his father, Jay, for over 25 years in the operation of Allred’s Floor Service Company, which is currently in its fourth generation of business. Jim now works along with his son working on all kinds of floors, specializing in sanding and refinishing hardwood floors, as well as annually cleaning and finishing approximately 65 gym floors each summer.

Jim also followed in his Grandpa’s, Dad’s, and Uncle’s footsteps working for the Hillyard Chemical Company selling janitorial supplies and equipment for 15 years.

Jim and his wife of 32 years live in Effingham, IL, and have four children and six grandchildren.

Grady is a US Army veteran who was born and raised in Dawson, Illinois. He is a customer first person who prides himself on going the extra mile while working with the MASCO team to ensure the mission is accomplished. After 20 years working in the printing industry, he went back to school to finish his education and has spent the last 4 plus years servicing MASCO customers. Grady is married to his wife Carla and enjoys the outdoors, cooking and playing with his dog Ellie.
